Richard was preceded in death by his father Fred Garland and his mother Betty Kaminski , Sister Dana Wyatt and one step brother Matt Kaminski.
She was born March 2, 1926 in Chicago, IL., a daughter of the late Henry and Bertha “Kruse” Ritter. He was united in marriage on June 20, 1998 to Lieselotte Augustin who survives at their home. He was born May 23, 1994 a son of Greg and Colleen Loehr. He was a dedicated Kansas City Chiefs fan, enjoyed listening to music, and loved the outdoors. Riley proudly served our country in the United States Navy as a Machinist's Mate. After his service; Riley graduated from the Missouri Welding Institute in Nevada, Missouri.

He later served our country serving in the United States Air Force. He went on to have a successful career of over 30 years at Southwestern Bell where he retired. He was born August 5, 1938 at the family farm in Eugene, a son of the late Anthony Max and Margie Morgan. Like a ship sailing away, he might be out of our site but never gone.
In her years of caving, she also liked to camp and canoe. Over the years, Sandy was an avid cyclist and swimmer. She participated in several triathlons and the Missouri Show-Me Games. All of her life Sandy cared for nature and had a special love for birds. Chris was the Manager of Discount Smoke Shop for many years. Richard was a welder by trade for the last 30 years. He was employed at Danuser Machines until his death.

In 1995, she was able to meet in person Charlie Pride who was as gracious as she had always known he would be. Her love of music was passed on to her children and all the way down thru three generations to her greatgrands, as well. Shirley lived most of her life in Des Moines, Iowa and called that home. There she met and married Earl Hill in 1955 and that union produced four children; Kevin, Kathryn, Teresa and Brian.
In 2004, Shirley met Bob Silva and she shared her large family with him until her death. Bob loved Shirley so much and took amazing care of her in the last years of her life. His dedication to her is unprecedented in this day and time. Joe knew many people and all had an experience or memory with him on a river or stream.
She was an avid Kansas City Chiefs football fan. She enjoyed traveling, warm weather and swimming pools, having lived in Sun City, Arizona for a while . Pam enjoyed spending time with friends, playing Bunco, going to karaoke, and was a member of the Elk’s Lodge. She was creative and enjoyed painting and ceramics.
He had just finished drinking his iced coffee, enjoying the sunset and watching the Christmas lights. Burial will be private for the family at Sunny Side Cemetery in Sorento, IL. Private family services will be conducted at a later date.

On June 4, 1982 he was united in marriage in Madison, Missouri to Sharon Breid who survives at their home. She was united in marriage on December 8, 2000 in Jefferson City to Robert “Bob” Volkart who survives at their home.

Jeff was born May 20, 1961, in Parkersburg, WV, a son of the late Richard Walter and Gypsy Lou Fox. Of Sistersville, WV, passed away on November 14, 2022, surrounded by her family at Stonerise of Parkersburg. She was born October 17, 1943, in Brooklyn, NY, a daughter of the late Joseph Hugh Nolan and Ann Malone Nolan. Ann was a Former Mayor of Sistersville and a City Councilwoman. Richard was an active member of St John’s parish in Rochester until he moved to Jefferson City where he attended St Peter's Catholic Church.
A true Bavarian, he loved potatoes and gravy and always announced “it’s gin and tonic time” before dinner. A private family memorial will be held at a later date. He kept a meticulous calendar and enjoyed Face-Timing all of his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren to wish them a happy birthday on their special day. Discovering that this was not his true calling, he returned home and met the love of his life, Barbara Ann Stokes. They were united in marriage at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Taos, MO on October 6, 1956.
